Replacement Light Diffusers for Any Fitting
Every office ceiling, shop, garage, and kitchen has light fittings with a diffuser panel in front of the tubes or LEDs, and those panels crack, yellow, and go missing long before the fitting fails. We cut replacement diffuser panels to the exact size of your fitting: prismatic acrylic diffusers, polycarbonate diffusers, opal acrylic, and egg crate louvres.
Measure the old panel or the opening, enter the size, and the replacement arrives ready to drop in. No need to replace a perfectly good fitting because the plastic in front of it has failed.
Prismatic Diffuser Panels
Prismatic panels carry a moulded pattern of tiny prisms that break up the light source and spread output evenly across the room. They transmit more light than opal panels, which is why they are the standard for office troffers, workshops, and commercial kitchens where task lighting matters. We stock prismatic diffuser sheet in acrylic for ceiling fittings and skylights, cut to standard troffer sizes or any custom dimension.
Egg Crate Louvres
Egg crate diffusers are an open grid of square cells that block the direct view of the tubes while letting nearly all the light through. Because the grid is open, heat and air move freely through the fitting, extending lamp and driver life. They suit supermarkets, offices, and retail ceilings, and we cut egg crate panels to size so they drop straight into existing frames.
Opal Acrylic for Even, Glare-Free Glow
Opal acrylic diffuses light completely, hiding LED chips and tubes behind a soft, even glow with no visible hot spots. It is the material behind illuminated signage, LED strip channels, feature ceilings, and residential fittings. We cut opal acrylic sheet in a range of thicknesses and light transmission levels to suit the brightness of your source.
Skylight and Ceiling Panel Replacements
Skylight diffuser panels cop UV from above and yellow faster than any indoor panel. We cut UV-stable prismatic and opal acrylic to replace tired skylight diffusers, restoring clean white light to stairwells, hallways, and commercial ceilings. For high-impact areas such as gyms and warehouses, polycarbonate diffuser sheet takes knocks that would crack acrylic.
Cut to Size for Electricians and Facility Managers
Electricians and facility managers replacing diffusers across a whole building can send us the panel schedule and we will cut the full set, labelled per fitting size, in one order. Panels are laser cut for clean edges that slide into frames without binding, and ship Australia-wide.
Not sure which type your fitting takes? Send a photo of the fitting and the old panel and we will identify it and quote the replacement.
