What is the minimum order size?
There is no minimum order. You can order a single cut piece or hundreds of sheets - whatever your project requires.
How accurate is the cutting?
All cuts are made to +/- 0.5mm tolerance using our CNC panel saws and routers. For complex shapes requiring tighter tolerances, our CNC router cutting service can achieve even greater precision.
What is the difference between Perspex and acrylic?
Perspex is a premium brand of cast acrylic manufactured to exacting standards. Generic acrylic (often extruded) is cheaper but softer and more prone to stress cracking. Cast acrylic brands like Perspex offer better clarity, chemical resistance, and machining performance.
Do you offer trade and volume pricing?
Yes. Our pricing calculator automatically applies bulk rates for larger quantities. For ongoing trade accounts or project-specific quotes, contact our sales team for custom pricing.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Free local pickup is available during business hours. Select 'Pickup' at checkout and we will send you the collection address and notify you when your order is ready.
