1. Introduction
Welcome to Perspex Online. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of all goods supplied via our online portal. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. "Perspex Online", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Perspex Online (a division of HB Plastics Group PTY LTD).
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at our absolute discretion by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. Order Process
Orders placed online are subject to acceptance and may be cancelled or refused at our discretion. We will provide email confirmation upon receipt of payment.
Trade Accounts: Please contact our trade desk for ABN-registered accounts and bulk-volume pricing tiers.
3. Custom Cutting & Tolerances
While placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring all dimensions, material specifications and finishes are accurate. Once cut, custom orders are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
±0.5mm on standard CNC and laser jobs.
±0.2mm for drilled and CNC-routed apertures.
Diamond polish available on cast acrylic only.
DXF, DWG, PDF and STEP accepted. We do not redraw; we cut what's supplied.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to the customer at the point of dispatch. Title to the goods remains with Perspex Online until full payment has cleared.

5. Returns & Refunds
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for "change of mind" returns on cut-to-size products. We accept returns for:
- Products that are damaged on arrival (photograph on receipt within 48 hours).
- Manufacturing defects (covered for 90 days from receipt).
- Wrong product shipped - replacement or full refund issued.
6. Limitation of Liability
Perspex Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. In the case of a faulty product, our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased - capital cost only, excluding fitment, installation and downstream losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be exclusively handled in the courts of New South Wales.
