Acrylic or Polycarbonate: Which Screen Material Suits Your Space

Acrylic sheet is the standard choice for most reception and pharmacy screens, offering excellent clarity, a clean cut edge and straightforward fabrication for pass-through openings and mounting brackets.

Polycarbonate is a better fit where the screen is likely to be knocked or leaned on regularly, such as busy public hospital counters, because it is far more impact-resistant than acrylic while still offering good clarity.

Pass-Through Trays, Speech Vents and Card Slots

We laser-cut pass-through trays, speech vents and card or document slots into screens so staff and patients can exchange paperwork, cards and medication without needing to step around the barrier.
