Manufacturing defects covered for 90 days from receipt.
Wrong item shipped
Return label provided. Full refund or correct item dispatched.
Custom cut-to-size
Non-returnable unless faulty (cut to your specifications).
Change of mind
Returns of full sheets accepted within 14 days at customer's freight cost. 15% restocking fee applies.
We replace it. Same day.
